You, your eligible dependents, and household members can connect with a licensed therapist or coach through Lyra. You’ll also find coaching for parents and other resources to help you prioritize your mental and emotional health.

Lyra’s therapy and coaching sessions are provided at no cost to you, and they are completely confidential. Medication management is subject to deductible, copay and coinsurance.
If you need additional care beyond the 16 free sessions or if you need medication management from a Lyra provider, services can be billed through your medical plan if you’re enrolled in the Traditional PPO or Health Savings PPO.
