Confidential mental health support is available to you, your eligible dependents and household members at no cost through Lyra. All employees are eligible for support through Lyra; you do not need to be enrolled in an Illumina medical plan to receive these benefits.
Lyra provides mental health counseling and coaching support beginning on your date of hire.
You, your dependents, and household members are automatically covered under the program, which is designed to help you better manage stress, access therapy, and more.
There is no cost to you or your eligible dependents for up to 16 sessions per person per year with a Lyra therapist or coach.
If your Lyra therapist or coach recommends additional sessions or if you need medication management from a Lyra physician:
